Select a service – e.g. Puppies (weeks 1 to 4) [MAX 20]
Select Edit Service
Specify Name, Description and Max Attendees for a Class
Under the BASIC DETAILS tab – you can specify:
- Name for the ‘service’
- Description for the ‘service’
- the Max number of attendees – need to scroll down to see this

Specify Min and Max Lead Time for a Class

Under the AVAILABILITY OPTION tab – you can specify:
- Minimum lead time – i.e. specify the hours before class – someone can make a booking. For example – if set to 24hrs, and Class is on Sat 3pm, then the booking option will not be available 24 hours before – so the booking will be available, up until Friday 3pm.
- Maximum lead time – i.e. specify the maximum day a booking can be made in advance. For example – if set to 8 days, and Class is on Sat 3pm, it means you can make a booking for the following week from (i think) Sat 3pm for the next Sat…
Note: you will have to adjust the value entered here – for 1:30pm classes and 3:00pm classes
Set the Time for the Class

Scroll down to the General availability section – here you need to specify:
- the Custom Hours (recurring weekly) – that applies for that ‘service’ -> for example Saturday 3:00PM 4:00PM
Set the Dates where Class is not on
By default – Class is available every Saturday. For Saturdays where Class is not available (e.g. Long weekend), select the Calendar tab – then select “Add Time Off“

On the Time Off dialog:
- Specify the Time off range
- Select the Info NSDTC staff
- Select Create time off – to apply the unbookable period. This will apply to all services/classes.

For example – setting the following date range (Start: Thu 2 Feb 2023 End: Fri 10 Feb 2023) means there is not an option to book a Class on Sat 4 Feb.
Under the NOTIFICATIONS tab – you can specify:
- Add additional information – you can add further text to the confirmation email that gets sent out to members when they make a booking.
Removing a Class from the Booking Page
