Booking your Obedience Classes

Time to book your class in

A new online booking system has been launched this year. Class attendance numbers are capped and booking your place in the class is compulsory every week via the booking system. Booking opens every Sunday and closes on a Thursdays. No booking, no attendance in class.

How to make a Booking

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO MAKE A BOOKING DURING THE OPEN BOOKING PERIOD.

Making a Booking:

  • Booking can only be made from 6 days in advance of the Class (i.e. i.e, 1:30 pm every Sunday for 4th Class and above and 3pm every Sunday for Puppies through to Class 3).
  • Booking closes at 5:00pm on every Thursday for all classes.
  • Once the class reaches maximum capacity, you will not be able to make a booking.

Message when Booking is not available

Unfortunately – there is no easy way to see if a class is fully booked – the only way to tell is if the option to book the class is no longer made available.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Booking Page (link above)
  2. Select the applicable Class (referred to as Service on the page). If your class is not listed, select the “Show more servi…” button to expand the list of class.
3. Select the appropriate date and time that you want to book in your class. Please note – the option to select a date and time is only available, within the booking period (i.e. Sunday to Thurs prior to class), and if the class has not been filled already.

4. Enter your Details and select BOOK.

5. Upon booking, you will be redirected to the Confirmation Page, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.

6. Congratulations. You are now booked in.

Cancelling Your Booking

From the confirmation email sent to you when you made the initial booking, there is an option to Reschedule your booking. Select Reschedule

You will be redirected to the Booking Page – where you can select Cancel booking
